Fredericks Have is both a haven of peace and a gourmet haven, far from the hustle and bustle. Moreover, the famous red guide has regularly awarded it a good mark. It's up to you to choose your place: in the beautiful room lit by wide bays or on the terrace, in a courtyard protected from the noises of the street by the greenery. Whichever you choose, the traditional white and blue tableware will be the showcase of the dish, which is also prepared in the purest Danish tradition.
