In a sober setting, there are good Italian and original recipes which vary over the months. If the opportunity arises, among the antipasti choose the grilled almonds salad or the poultry livers. Hake with pickled, capers vegetables, cherry tomatoes and parsley is smooth, as is lemon-flavoured panna. Wine in jug and half bottles. The Cofoco group has several restaurants (and sells products to Torvehallerne, among others).
