In 1669, Johan Gottfried Becker was commissioned by the royal family to build "The Elephant Pharmacy" on the remains of the former royal pharmacy, Copenhagen's oldest. During the reign of Frederick III, the pharmacy was used for pharmacology courses. For over 175 years! Today, under the name of Vita, a pleasant restaurant welcomes you. The menu features traditional Danish dishes, including the famous smørrebrøds... Plates are well garnished. One of their specialties is fried pork with parsley sauce ad libitum. Let's hear it!
