At CPH coffee Lab, coffee is a science but ethical. Founded in 2013, the house has grown around high-quality specialty coffees. A wholesaler but also baker baristas! Because the pastries are to die for taste satisfaction! For a lunch on the go, the traditional Danish rye bread is one of the classics. It is made with sourdough, has a dense structure and a nice sour taste that reminds of old-fashioned snacks with a piece of cheese. If you live in the southeast of France, you will find them. Lucky you!
