The Brus brewery takes you into the world of beer: hop fermentation and new aromas will no longer hold any secrets.
Brus is worth the detour to Nørrebro. First of all for the building which is superb, a former warehouse housing a brewery combined with a bar, a shop and a restaurant area with a large and beautiful terrace. Inside, a long counter accompanies you to the oak barrels and fermentation tanks. Then comes the tasting. With more than 30 homemade beers and cocktails in the taps, all tastes will be satisfied and you will always be able to try something new as new varieties of beer are constantly being experimented with here.
