These advocates of specialty coffees use high-performance, designer machines: the superb Modbars for extra espresso, and the April Brewers (their own brand) for filter coffee. The company is committed. Its philosophy: "1 farmer, 1 roaster, 1 coffee", in fact it buys single-variety coffees directly from small independent producers to guarantee quality and traceability. You'll feel right at home in this cosy coffee shop.
