Three intense days totally dedicated to culture in all its forms and boating. A way to get started without paying anything.

In 2021, Kulturhavn celebrated its 20th anniversary. The festival, which is entirely free of charge, combines the theme of water by taking over thirty or so places along the harbour with culture in various forms: theatrical performances, radio experiments, performance art, initiation to kayak polo, dance, meditation on the water... These activities raise questions about ecology, water quality and the environmental footprint of port-related activities.
