Holmen corresponds to the former Royal shipyards. Next door, the torpedo room built of steel and concrete dates from 1954. It was used as a maintenance room for the torpedo boats. In 2003, it was converted into a high-end apartment building. The original structural elements, trusses and columns, were left intact to underline the unique architecture of this 155-metre long building. Pond and gardens make it an original place to live!
