Former residences of naval army personnel built during the reign of Christian IV (1588-1648). An authentic old sea wolf, a former Royal Navy officer, welcomes you. In a mix of English and Danish, he tells you how he spent the first years of his life in a similar house in the neighbourhood, and like all the babies in these houses, sleeping in the open drawer of the dresser as a pram! Two families (about 20 people because there were many children) lived in this tiny house built in 1631.
