On one side, the harbor and Copenhagen in the distance, with its line of windmills on the horizon... on the other, the open sea and the large public beach of the Sund, far enough from the road that borders the Riviera to enjoy the sound of the waves from the beautiful wooden piers. Next door, Charlottenlund Strandpark, located around the fort built in 1886-1887, is currently used as a campground, and a restaurant has been set up on the rampart. Beautiful lawns welcome those who do not want to dip their feet in the waters of Øresund!
