Restaurant-crêperie offering crêpes in Luc-sur-Mer.
We are always one of the unconditional fans of this little walk who proposes "Patties of another kind"... In a sober decor, it is made of light and crispy patties cooked on the "billig" (crêpière). The originality is that most patties are not folded; they serve as the basis for ingredients, pizza. As a result, the delicacy of the thing (real lace in the mouth, never heavy) adds a range of products carefully chosen according to affinities: mussels, scallops, duck breast, ham, foie gras, and apple, to name but a few. Patties (yes cakes, not pancakes) sweet, cooked on both sides for crunchiness, are a real delight, especially when topped with caramel made with homemade salty butter. As for the ice creams, they are presented delicately like a painter’s palette. And if you’re not in the mood for pancakes, salads (ultra fresh and plentiful), grilled dishes, or pasta are possible options. To complement the whole experience, Céline la Patronne offers the Billy Farm cider. No faults!
