GALERIE JEAN-MARC MOUCHEL
While strolling along Rue de la Mer, take the time to look at Jean-Marc Mouchel’s lithographs, detail them and, inevitably, you will succumb to temptation. The paintings are of superb finesse, soft and relaxing, full of life and detail. His inspiration oscillates between dream and reality, always supported by scenes of daily life memorised by the artist’s eye and reproduced on the canvas as snapshots. Norman, Jean-Marc Mouchel is particularly fond of the coast (Luc-sur-Mer, Saint-Aubin...). Let us then take advantage of his work to preserve, preciously on our picture rails, a sketch of the Place du Petit Enfer, soon - if it has not already been done - transformed. And since he has also travelled a lot, he spoils us with "travel diaries" over the course of cruises and various stays (United States, Louisiana, Cuba...). His other favourite subjects (planes, trains, vintage cars) transport us to other nostalgic people. Postcard or large format, framed or to be framed, there is enough to please yourself or to please, at a very reasonable price, welcomed and advised by the smile of the lady.
