Jay's is a casual restau-bar in Marcory's Zone 4. Its chef, a voluble and welcoming Rasta, a virtuoso in the kitchen and a passionate creative, composes an "arty-healthy" cuisine according to what's available. On the menu: leg of lamb, the chef's signature dish, the house Ablacassa (lobster, crab, prawns, grilled grouper, crayfish...), a gargantuan fisherman's soup... All served with fries, homemade mashed potatoes and vegetable lasagne. Delicious!
