LA TERANGA
An institutional restaurant of M. Fallou Diop where you can eat an authentic Senegalese tchep with natural juices (pineapple, baobab, bissap, ginger, passion fruit, tamarind...). It is always crowded and even had to get bigger (sometimes you have to wait (rush around 1pm). No menu, since the choice is limited to tchep (white rice or red rice/sheep, chicken or fish), yassa and couscous (chicken, sheep). The dishes are skillfully seasoned, spicy, tasty and generous, the staff is well trained. The meal concludes with a cup of bitter Senegalese tea. Nati diam bari!
