Babi's newest Japanese restaurant will delight sushi lovers. In a sober setting of wood and crumpled paper chandeliers, you can watch the sushi masters at work in the open kitchen or opt for a more intimate table on the mezzanine. On the menu: classic Japanese dishes: tempura of prawns or vegetables, shirashi, tataki, teppanyaki and teriyaki... original sushi-maki variations and creative gourmet salads.
