Great classic of Vietnamese cuisine in Abidjan, La Pagode executes to perfection hu tieu sautéed duck, lacquered chicken, lobster (depending on arrival) in sweet and sour or spicy sauce, delicious bo bun and rice casserole at the top, and of course the traditional variation of preparations based on meat, poultry, fish and seafood. Finesse of flavours, cooking and textures, lightness of cooking and prices. Finally, the small room (often full, better to reserve), with its oriental boudoir decoration, exudes a soothing atmosphere.
