In a calm, green setting, this new restaurant reveals a distinguished, designer interior. The à la carte menu features nouvelle cuisine-style Mediterranean specialties, created with princely ingredients. For starters, foie gras mi-cuit à la rhubarbe (semi-cooked foie gras with rhubarb) is soft and smooth, and can be enjoyed without resistance. For the main course, semi-cooked tuna with spices is perfectly mastered. Excellent cocktails and wines. Prices are commensurate with the standing of the place: salty.
