A flawless service, from the welcome of the charming Rossa, to the setting and the high-flying gastronomy offered by Chef Jean-Marc Beltramo. Elegantly decorated, it includes an Italian delicatessen, a bar-restaurant opening onto a patio with trees and a fountain. Swimming pool and organic vegetable garden as a bonus. A la carte Italian classics (vitello tonnato, cicada parpadelle, tortellini with roast veal, battuta di fassone piemontese...) and Ivorian "fusion" dishes (cocoa ravioli, tagliata di tonno and its yam purée...). Nice choice of wines.
