BRASSERIE L'ENDROIT
This new restaurant on the Plateau is a new address for fine dining in a neighborhood that has very few of them. The dining room is chic: the water-green velvet tones of the banquettes and chairs match the omnipresent wood from floor to ceiling. The menu is very contemporary, in the style of nouvelle cuisine française, incorporating local ingredients (such as the delicious hibiscus, red fruit and rosemary sauce), while the kitchen is run by a female chef! This femininity is reflected in the subtle compositions and delicate presentation of the dishes.
