MAQUIS LE VIRAGE
An excellent maquis, even if the setting lacks a little punch. A jovial welcome from owner Jean-Marie, and a varied menu alternating between tried-and-true values (kedjénous, braised meats, grilled meats, brochettes) and brasserie classics (steak au poivre vert, spaghetti bolognaise, entrecôte, etc.). From giant beef skewers (tasty and tender) to fish, sautéed shrimp, homemade mashed potatoes or steaks a la plancha, everything is good! Generous, beautifully presented plates, masterful cuisine, a little rum as an after-dinner drink and unbeatable prices.
