On the edge of the lagoon, the Marlin Bleu hotel-restaurant boasts the town's only deep-sea fishing center. Under the guidance of Gérard Frère, you can fish for yellowfin tuna, banana tuna, dolphinfish, sharks and the famous blue marlin between November and January. The hotel-restaurant's swimming pool is magnificent, curled up on the edge of the lagoon and lined with coconut palms, but expensive. Tranquility comes at a price, as it is forbidden to children who are not staying at the hotel.
