A must-see 375 m² museum-gallery that organizes numerous events and exhibits works by Christian Lattier, Jems Robert and others

An essential part of Abidjan's cultural life, this contemporary art centre is a gallery-museum built by the architect Henri Chomette in the 1960s. Upstairs, the permanent exhibition on 375 m² displays the works of Frédéric Bruly-Bouabré, Christian Lattier, Ananias Leki Dago, Jems Robert Koko Bi, Michel Kodjo, James Houra, Samir Stenka.... On the ground floor, temporary exhibitions and numerous events organized (concerts, conferences, vernissages...).

Nous avons été séduits par ce lieu à visiter absolument si on est curieux de découvrir les oeuvres des plus grands artistes contemporains ivoiriens, qui y sont présentées en exposition permanente. Les deux artistes de l'expo temporaire présentée cet été 2018 offraient deux regards sur la société africaine, entre humour et émotion. Accès facile et entrée gratuite !
Au fond après les expositions temporaires, une sorte de petite boutique avec des objets de belle qualité, à prix doux.
