RÉGIS GLACIER
Established in Abidjan since 2013, this top-of-the-range Dakar brand has an air-conditioned room and a small garden where you can enjoy waffles, pancakes and, of course, flavoured ice creams and " œuf free " (some of them low in sugar). We like the Bonoua cup (pineapple, banana, basil, ginger and mint), date ice cream, " Oh My God! " with Ivorian chocolate and crispy cereals, the salted butter caramel from Guérande... As for the sorbets, they melt for the local flavours: tamarind, bissap, corossol, mango, passion fruit, lemongrass, coconut, baobab... Delicious!
