It would still be a pity not to taste the know-how of this traditional Lebanese pastry shop opened since 1979 in Abidjan. In addition to maamouls (melting cakes filled with date pastry, nuts or pistachios flavoured with spices), saniouras, layali lubnans (cream made from milk semolina) and other typical delicacies from the Cedar country, the house specialises in desserts made from delicate milk cream and offers an exquisite halawet el jeben (sweet cheese). A beautiful oriental sweet discovery.
