L'ELEPHANT GOURMAND
L'Eléphant gourmand is a delicatessen of artisanal creations, valorizing the products of the Ivory Coast. At the initiative of this beautiful project, the Chef François Quesnel who works at the Wafou restaurant (in Abidjan). He offers his home-made products: brandies: white palm with ginger, farm koutoukou...). Also liqueurs (pineapple-lemon, ginger-orange-lemon, hibiscus flower, passion fruit), savory and sweet preserves: foie gras semi-cooked with ginger...), jams in a cauldron (papaya-quantum-cinnamon...) and chili pepper puree.
