A real nugget on this Wine Route. You will find imported charcuterie (Bobosse, Iberian, Corsican...), a fine selection of cheeses (Beaufort d'Alpage, Ossau-Iraty d'Estive, Mont d'Or, Brillat-Savarin truffled, Saint-Marcellin and farm goat cheese...) matured in France by master cheesemaker Hubert Thuet. And with some 130 wine references featuring Burgundy and Bordeaux, we don't know where to start. Franck Lainé, a warm-hearted owner and fine connoisseur, will be happy to advise you.
