With Roze, chefs Clémence Goupil and Alex Néel, who have worked at a number of Michelin-starred restaurants, have launched their 1st entrepreneurial venture. The setting combines the authenticity of Caen stone with modern furnishings. Their cuisine, based on plant-based ingredients and local produce, offers a frank and committed approach to food. Enjoy dishes such as spider crab with turnip ravioli, or caramelized apple, butter sablé, almond tuile and Isigny cream ice cream. Finally, there's a fine selection of wines, beers and ciders.
