Beach of the Redoubt located in the west of the seaside resort, composed of a single area situated between the bay and the sea.
Municipal authority since 1998 over a period of time by the city hall each year. Access by the D 514 by coming from Caen and by the bay of Sallenelles, at the place La Redoute. Presence of the beach club, Sun and Naturism. This beach is located west of the seaside resort. The part where nudity is permitted consists of one area between the beach and the sea. The old naturist zone, where the dunes are found, is now strictly forbidden to naturism. Any violation found in this area will be severely punished by the agents A.S.V.P. seconded throughout the summer area and around the entire naturist zone. Bathing remains under the full responsibility of everyone. It is allowed naked at high tide, but in a swimsuit at low tide except municipal exemption.
