A little history to start with! On the north bank of the Liffey, Dublin Woollen Mills is an iconic Dublin building that was home to a famous garment factory from 1888 to 2012. Bringing this vast historic building back to life was a real challenge, and one that has been successfully met by a restaurant that has seen things through: four floors and a rooftop terrace overlooking the Liffey and the Ha'penny Bridge. This gastro-pub, which describes itself as a friendly "eating house" that prepares everything on the spot, is a real find.

En plus du charme des lieux, la cuisine est tout à fait réussie. Les moules avec la bisque maison sont délicieuses. Une belle découverte, à tester !
