Local ingredients, carefully chosen, and an original technique imported from Spain, cooking on volcanic stone.
Chef Dylan McGrath relies on carefully selected local ingredients and an original technique imported from Spain, cooking on volcanic stone. Meat and fish are presented to the customers, who decide themselves how to cook their dish. Of course it is sometimes a little perilous, but it is fun all the same. The setting, in the style of a trendy farmhouse, is not to displease a clientele rather aware of the latest trends. If you're too lazy to get started, opt for the tasting plates, composed of different tapas.

Un vrai plaisir de s'attabler au stone at rustic à Dublin. La déco y est trop sympa et la cuisine savoureuse.
