Modern hotel with comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast, restaurant and bar, a good address in Dublin
Recently opened, this superb brand new establishment is a choice address to put down your suitcases. The modern decoration is in very good taste, whether in the common areas, the restaurant or the bar and, of course, in the rooms which have all the expected comfort (king-size bed, plasma screen, Italian shower...). And, not to spoil anything, the breakfast is excellent. The hotel also has a gym, an outdoor area and a private parking.

Great location and really friendly staff. Room had a slight oder when we initially walked in but other than that, we really enjoyed our stay!

Hotel fantastico in posizione perfetta per visitare il centro. Accoglienza alla reception ottima con personale giovane, preparato e pronto a soddisfare ogni richiesta. Parcheggio nella struttura. Camera silenziosissima, moderna, pulita e spaziosa. Ottima colazione servita al tavolo e ristorante molto buono. Uno dei migliori hotel trovati nelle grandi città.

My husband and I in Dublin on the 28th of March 2024 after a 16 hours of no sleep and airplane food. Yes by the time we got to the hotel and settled it was 9:30 pm. We were tired and hungry. When we checked in we were not verbally told what our room number. We were outside in the dark getting our luggage to take to our room. We could not see any number on the key..I went to the front desk and handed them the key and said I don't see where the number is to my room. The woman turns the key holder to the back and says it is right here as if I were an idiot. Very tiny and definitely would not see it in the evening. I thanked her. I am looking around trying to figure out which way to go. I asked this same woman and she just points. No explanation. Either she hates Americans or she is just a rude person. My husband asks where there might be a restaurant open to get something to eat. Needless to say the front desk was no help there are no restaurants open. We went across the street because there was a pizza place open. We took it back to eat it in the bar and to get a couple of drinks. A waiter came up and said we could not eat here..."we have a restaurant". Why the heck didn't the front desk tell us! Customer Service was terrible? I wish we were not so tired we would have left.

I stayed at the Hyatt Centric Dublin from March 14 to the 20th. This hotel is amazing. They were all so kind and accommodating. The hotel manager was fantastic, very interactive with guest. The rooms were clean and spacious. The bar/restaurant had great food and drinks, had a great vibe and cozy. Our rate included breakfast which was incredible, the options were plentiful. Highly recommend the bread basket. The hotel is located in a great area that is very convenient to everything. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that is going to Dublin! Thank you to the staff for such a great stay!
