Modern hotel with comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast, restaurant and bar, a good address in Dublin
Recently opened, this superb brand new establishment is a choice address to put down your suitcases. The modern decoration is in very good taste, whether in the common areas, the restaurant or the bar and, of course, in the rooms which have all the expected comfort (king-size bed, plasma screen, Italian shower...). And, not to spoil anything, the breakfast is excellent. The hotel also has a gym, an outdoor area and a private parking.

My three friends and I recently spent six nights over St. Patrick’s Day at the Hyatt. There is not one bad thing to say about this hotel! Extremely welcoming and the staff goes out of their way to make sure your stay is memorable! Big kudos to the entire staff and general manager! Breakfast was included with our rate and far exceeded our expectations with all the choices given on the menu. The rooms were large and well appointed and beds very comfortable. The entire hotel is immaculate! It’s also very secure, requiring key card access to get into the hotel. We did eat a few times in the restaurant and the food was fantastic especially the seafood chowder! It’s a great central location and within a 15 to 20 minute walk you can be to all the major sites in the city. I give this hotel a 5+ star rating and would recommend it to anyone traveling to Dublin! We were sad to leave!

Terrible housekeeping.
Hair all over the shower. Found eyelash extensions stuck to the towel. Dry snack crumbs on the carpet. It was pretty gross.

A+ experience! The staff never said “no.” They printed a 14-page doc my husband had to sign for work. After the St Patrick’s Day parade, our son (who was with his band in the parade wanted to eat with us). With no tables available, they found one from somewhere and moved it to an area right by the restaurant. Someone came to our door to each day to see if we needed anything. Our room was really nice, comfortable, and well insulated, as we never heard another guest. Lastly, the hotel was in a quiet area (versus City Center) and convenient for walking to St Patrick’s Cathedral, several other landmarks, and to the parade route. We’ll be back. Thank you!!

Nice Hyatt property but the air-conditioning turns off in the middle of the night and the rooms get incredibly hot. The staff said they would set an alarm to remind themselves to turn it back on for our rooms at 02:00 when it automatically turns off, but they set it to 18°C and we froze for a bit. But not to worry, it turned itself off again at 04:00 and we were sweating.
You are also not allowed to eat in the lobby. We were asked to take our food to our rooms, and we noticed this happening to others who tried to bring food in. The pubs and restaurants nearby were so packed for the holiday that it was impossible to get a table and we had already exhausted the restaurant dinner menu, so we picked up something simple to nosh on and didn't want to be confined to our room. Unfortunately, we were forced to pack up our food and leave as the manager sat with us until we left. She was very cordial, but we and the others we saw this happen to on subsequent evenings, were not very happy.

On the wedding day the staff were so attentive to us and our guests, from Abdul and Mihai at reception making sure all our guests were sorted. Shane the duty manager helped set up the room on the morning, while Hadji looked after us so well on the evening along with Shannon. Jane the hotel manager doted over us no end, and ensured everything ran like clockwork, somehow keeping our guests in the lobby until we arrived in.
All our guests commented on how friendly, helpful and outstanding the staff were throughout their stay. We had a family dinner the night before (Friday night) and the food was exceptional.
The rooms were a lovely large size and so very clean. Absolutely outstanding hotel, and again thanks so very much to the wonderful staff who made our day so memorable.
