In his large workshop, our brewmaster Etienne has plenty of room to express his talent. More local, mostly organic ingredients, our Géo Trouvetou is gaining in maturity, listening to feedback and fine-tuning his beers! No need to introduce you to his creation and marvel, La Petite Biche. An unfiltered blonde, it’s the power and strength of wood in a bottle. Available in a range of more or less full-bodied recipes to suit all tastes: white, brown, IPA, year-round or ephemeral beverages, there’s bound to be a doe to suit you!
