A restaurant nestled in a former 19th-century grain mill on the banks of the Orbiquet! Katy and Benoît Villeneuve moved here in 2018, having previously served the tables of Deauville. Benoît revisits traditional dishes using local produce. The menu varies according to his inspiration and the seasons. Among others: black pudding terrine, pears with honey and spices, Normandy potée, sea bass pavé, boletus risotto... And let's not forget the desserts, including the coriander-scented apple cannelloni and yoghurt sorbet, which were our favorites.
