A gourmet restaurant with terrace, in a former 19th-century grain mill on the banks of the Orbiquet! Katy and Benoît Villeneuve moved here in 2018, having previously served the tables of Deauville. Benoît revisits traditional dishes using local produce. The menu varies according to his inspiration and the seasons. These include: black pudding terrine, pears with honey and spices, Normandy potée, sea bass pavé, boletus risotto... not forgetting desserts such as the coriander-scented apple cannelloni and yoghurt sorbet, which were our favorites.
