LE MANOIR DE L’ENGAGISTE
Private mansion in the city centre offering rooms with contemporary woodwork or panelling.
This 17th-century mansion was built around an inner courtyard planted with apple trees and was inhabited by the Engagiste, receiver of the domain for the king, until the eve of the Revolution. Thus, it benefits from small flowered stone staircases which make you forget its location, in the heart of Orbec. For the rooms, you have the choice between 18th-century woodwork and contemporary panelling. You will feel at home in this royal domain! The Manor has opened its doors to artists and hosts a collectibles store.
