This 15 ha orchard produces an organic cider stamped with the organic label and the PGI Cidre de Normandie. The apples come from cider varieties producing sweet, bittersweet, and tart fruits. After harvesting, from mid-October to December, the apples are sorted by hand. The natural fermentation lasts 3 months before the blending of the different vintages, then the filtration, the bottling, and the natural bubbling. It’s a pity that this family business cannot be visited. But some bottles are available in supermarkets, in Lisieux in particular.
