Stefano Biancheri, the owner, who is also the chef, concocts a cuisine that focuses on seafood products sourced exclusively from local fisheries. He selects his fish and seafood from the catch of the day. If the weather's bad, there's no fish, but you'll find excellent alternatives with pasta and gnocchi.
