On the coastal road between Trouville and Honfleur, the Ferme de la Bouillette opens its doors for a small visit and a tasting. Farm cider, pommeau, calvados, apple juice... everything is good and AOC. Moreover, this small producer, small in size but big in quality, is often rewarded for its over-aged calvados and practices really honest prices. Excellent cidre brut assez rustique mais bien fruité, tout en équilibre. Faites le détour jusqu'à la ferme : il y a beaucoup à découvrir, gustativement et humainement.

Man muss schon etwas Mut haben, die versteckte Auffahrt hoch zu fahren. Aber dann steht man direkt vor dem Verkauf. Eigentlich war geschlossen, aber der Inhaber kam extra und schloss uns auf und bedient uns ganz vorzüglich. Wir probieren einige Sachen und haben dann (leider mal wieder viel zu viel) gekauft.

Das ganze Anwesen ist der pittoresk. Wir haben uns dort sehr gut bedient und aufgehoben gefühlt. So viel Freundlichkeit erlebt man hier leider nur selten, wenn man kein französisch spricht. Noch mal einen herzlichen Dank und ein großes Lob.
