Located on the seafront, between the two ports (Porto Sole and the Old Port) on Morgana beach in the center of San Remo, this contemporary building in the shape of a circle tames the sea. Managed by a young, smiling and friendly team, this restaurant offers a cuisine that moves between tradition and discovery. The cotoletta alla milanese and the meringata are sure references as well as the fish cooked simply in order to preserve all its flavor. The exotic side of some dishes will take you on a trip around the world, especially with the sushi and sashimi. The Victory Morgana Bay is also a trendy place for aperitifs, which can be enjoyed on the terrace with a drink accompanied by a very pleasant choice of tapas made in Italy.

Très beau lieu , en ce qui concerne la nourriture ne vous attendez pas à une grosse portion c’est un style gastronomique donc très raffiné également . Par contre, nous avions été à plusieurs et ce qui concerne le règlement de l’addition ils n’acceptent pas de paiements individuels c’est à dire une seule personne paie pour tout le monde ou sinon tout le monde donne le montant exact car le restaurant ne rend pas la monnaie et si vous voulez payer par carte alors ce sera que des chiffres ronds, si vous devez payer exemple 41euro alors non c’est soit 40 soit 50 vous vous débrouillez donc on est restée au moins 20 minutes à payer donc prévoyez d’avoir l’appoint dommage sinon dans l’ensemble ça c’est bien passé .
