Recently renovated and situated far from the hustle and bustle of the noise, Ulisse is a restaurant with a nice view of San Remo golf. Chef Fabio Lelli offers a cuisine mainly drawn up by fish with traditional dishes from Ligurian cuisine. To discover: the insalata di Mare, gamberi con pasta, kadaif e crema al gorgonzola, tagliolini alla bottarga di muggine, ravioli di pesce al pomodoro, gnocchi di potato al formaggio Castelmagno, nodino di "alla griglia… Desserts are both greedy and very well realised: semifreddo al gianduia, semifreddo al torroncino or still terracotta con con.
