A downtown address that needs no introduction. The 1905 bistro has now become a restaurant with a certain class, without having become too pretentious. As for the cuisine, it remains of the highest quality, as does the friendly service. The chef works wonders with very fresh fish: grilled, ravioli and stuffed pasta, fish in a crust or fillets, all accompanied by the inevitable local olive oil and olives. The cellar, finally, is not lacking.

Un’esperienza rara… un pranzo di lavoro che non dimenticherò più… cibo strepitoso. Servizio e qualità da ristorante pluristellato con un costo assolutamente alla portata e che fa schizzare il rapporto qualità prezzo alle stelle . Eccezionale davvero, dal pane al limone all’olio fatto artigianalmente per concludere con le mini portate offerte dalla casa… e il dessert che è una vera opera d’arte! Complimenti. Sto già facendo di tutto per tornarci al più presto

Il ristorante migliore di Imperia, ottimo menu pesce e carne! Un’ampia cantina vini. Personalmente ho cenato parecchie volte e devo dire che il titolare e’ una persona davvero squisita e amichevole. Chef molto preparato sia nel calibrare i vari ingredienti che nel presentare il piatto. Location fantastica.

Ho dato un punteggio basso a causa dei prezzi , a mio parere, esageratamente alti. Un caffè (ben presentato, ma pur sempre un caffè) 4 euro! I dolci, compreso quello più tradizionale del gelato con cioccolata calda, 13 euro. I primi non eccezionali 23-25 euro. I secondi ( non li abbiamo ordinati) sopra i 30 euro. Il servizio direttamente eseguito dal nipote dell’antico titolare, perfetto. Il pane e l’olio eccezionali come pure i grissini.
