A downtown address that needs no introduction. The 1905 bistro has now become a restaurant with a certain class, without having become too pretentious. As for the cuisine, it remains of the highest quality, as does the friendly service. The chef works wonders with very fresh fish: grilled, ravioli and stuffed pasta, fish in a crust or fillets, all accompanied by the inevitable local olive oil and olives. The cellar, finally, is not lacking.

Una location elegante e piena di storia, accogliente come il personale che dispensa sorrisi e ti guida alla scoperta dei loro piatti che sono indubbiamente di altissima qualità, sia come materie prime che come esecuzione e presentazione ! Fantastica la carta dei vini ! Una vera esperienza culinaria che non lascia indifferenti ! Assolutamente una coccola da provare !

Che dire... siamo stati 2 volte in una settimana...veramente un esperienza unica!
Locale bellissimo arredato di gusto, servizio impeccabile .....e .. cucina veramente sublime. Se passate da Imperia sostate anche se non avete motivo! Dopo cena lo avrete trovato... Veramente Bravi.

Menu degustazione eccezionale! Abbiamo assaggiato il polpo come antipasto, il risotto e tagliolini come i primi, e la cernia come secondo. Il ristorante si sta avvicinando alla stella Michelen.
