Nestled in a green setting along a river in Imperia's hinterland, this former wine press transformed into a restaurant is a gateway to the authentic Liguria of yesteryear. The vaulted dining room, wooden beams, mill wheel, copper crockery and checkered tablecloths all combine to create a cuisine that smells of the countryside and the maquis. A single formula for a succession of dishes you'll find hard to resist: focaccia, farinata, grilled vegetables... Delicious!

I would like to highly recommend this unforgetably restaurant. We have come back here after 4 years and again the gastronomy experience overcame our expection. All of dishes were so delicious, staff was incredibly friendly and nice of us. We go to this place anytime when we are in Borgomaro. Let me say just one point... do not eat after your breakfast too much during a day to your stomach might be prepared for the best degustation dinner ever. Enjoy!????????

La prima cosa se si apre un ristorante e' saper cucinare, la seconda e' averne voglia. Li mancano tutte e due le cose. Buone solo tre cose: una frittella a testa di fiori di zucca, patate al forno e e un bruto ma buono. Il.resto e' un assemblaggio alla cappero di roba già pronta. Es: bagna cauda (ahahhahaha ) trattasi di pasta di acciughe più panna. Ravioli della Lidl con panna, burro e salvia secca. Bistecca avanzata e cotta fatta passare per rosbeef ( i miei amici inglesi non l'avrebbero riconosciuto), busta di maiale con salsa già pronta fatta passare per porchetta. Da evitare come la peste!!!!! Uniche note carine: la gentilezza dei camerieri e la location. Ma tre ore e mezza per quel cibo.... infatti uno si e' sdraiato sulla panca e si e' fatto una pennichella. Inqualificabile.
