Original formula for this pizzeria in the heart of the old Imperia on a pretty shady square: on the choice of pizzas, you don't have a say because the pizzaiolo is a master in the matter! If the topping is not to your taste, wait for the next batch! Rest assured, the ingredients are all exquisite and of the highest quality while the pizza dough is tasty and well risen. No reservation is possible, but the service is rather fast. An Italian address as we like them, authentic, simple and cheap!

50 euro x 2 pizze 1 fettuccina 1 tiramisù e 1 bottiglia d'acqua del rubinetto mi sembrano un po' troppi. Ah! I gusti delle pizze e delle fettuccine non le abbiamo scelte noi, ci sono state portate a discrezione del locale. Su una c era solo basilico e nell altra carciofi crudi. Una vera schifezza. L'impasto era buonissimo però. Peccato. Da non ripetere.

Ambiente molto simpatico, pulito e con personale cortese e preparato. Ti portano i piatti appena pronti dalla cucina, pizze o primi. Se ti aggrada lo prendi altrimenti aspetti il successivo. Comunque tutti molto gustosi.
