In the hinterland of Albenga, this restaurant boasts a pretty room with a classic, rustic decor and a pleasant garden. Owner Fausto, head chef, is supported by his son Gabriele, married to a woman from Burgundy who, of course, brings her French touch, especially to the wines. This address invites you to discover local, seasonal cuisine, semi-gastronomic dishes of mushrooms, ceps and truffles, with superb presentation. There are also seven rustic rooms where you can stay on site and still enjoy breakfast!

Consigliatissimo!
Abbiamo optato per la proposta da 7 portate a 75 euro.
Abbiamo trovato alcuni piatti davvero interessanti, come l’accoppiamento del fegato al mango o il filetto di cervo, dalla cottura perfetta.
Non abbiamo compreso la temperatura di servizio dei primi 2 piatti ( fusilloni e ravioli) che abbiamo trovato un po’ freddi.
Altre proposte un po’ piatte, come il dessert finale che non ci ha convinti.
In ogni caso un’esperienza piacevole, che vorremo ripetere.
