In the hinterland of Albenga, this restaurant boasts a pretty room with a classic, rustic decor and a pleasant garden. Owner Fausto, head chef, is supported by his son Gabriele, married to a woman from Burgundy who, of course, brings her French touch, especially to the wines. This address invites you to discover local, seasonal cuisine, semi-gastronomic dishes of mushrooms, ceps and truffles, with superb presentation. There are also seven rustic rooms where you can stay on site and still enjoy breakfast!

Nous avons découvert ce restaurant au début de notre périple en Italie. Quelle belle surprise ! Cet étoilé Michelin mérite bien sa distinction, une cuisine raffinée et un chef qui tient compte de votre demande nous ne voulions pas exploser notre budget dès notre premier jour en Italie. Cet établissement mérite le détour. Merci à vous.
