Sicuramente non conoscono la "fidelizzazione" del cliente...siamo stati da loro più e più volte, sempre per una sola notte perché il nostro lavoro non ci permette altro. (quindi, arrivo dopo le 15 e partenza entro le 10 del giorno dopo) e non abbiamo MAI discusso sui prezzi. Passi nell'alta stagione, quando riempire questi appartamenti è questione di una manciata di minuti...ma quando li "salvi" da una disdetta o, peggio ancora, quando richiedi un late check out e ti propongono prezzi da brivido, beh.... sicuramente, per quanto mi riguarda, da adesso in poi, rimarrà la mia ultima scelta.

La location della casa é spettacolare ma l'appartamento, per l'elevatissima tariffa, é sporco, mal manutenuto e con arredi di bassa qualità ed improvvisati. Le suppellettili da cucina sono anch'esse arrangiate e diverse pentole non funzionano sulla piastra ad induzione e vi é un solo adattatore. Ma costerebbero così tanto delle pentole adatte alle piastre ?

Bellissima scoperta di questo residence nel borgo saraceno. Tranquillo, nuovo con tutti i comfort. Ci sono ritornata ed è sicuramente un punto di riferimento per i miei week end a Varigotti. Parcheggio comodissimo e non ultimo i gestori sono disponibilissimi, simpatici e gentili.
