Another 100% Genoese address, where pesto, fish and focaccia have had pride of place since 1912. However, there are a number of original dishes, such as pasta with chestnuts and goat's cheese with beans, which draw their inspiration from the repertoire of recipes from the Ligurian hinterland. A welcome change from seafood dishes... Plenty of market vegetables and, above all, meatballs of cabannina, that rare breed of beef unearthed by the meticulous owners. Fine regional wines. A very pleasant stopover in the Brignole station area.
