First of all, its setting, in the Maddalena district, in a former brothel, with a beautiful dining room that has kept its wrought-iron banister leading up to the first floor... And then there's the talented Albanian chef, who works raw materials like silk, creating refined dishes and sophisticated flavor combinations that open an original window on the city's culinary offerings: smoked fish ravioli, anchovies with vermentino wine, salmon and avocado tartar, steamed sea bass and mashed pink potatoes...

aufgesucht und wurde von einem sehr schönen Ambiente und gutem Service überrascht. Ich habe mich dann für den Steinbutt entschieden, was auch sehr lecker war. Nur leider wurde der Fisch anscheinend nicht richtig behandelt oder gelagert, da ich eine Lebensmittelvergiftung in der darauffolgenden Nacht hatte. Ich schätze, dass dies nur ein Einzelfall war, dennoch würde ich im Nachhinein davon abzuraten in das Restaurant zu gehen
Davvero una sinfonia di sapori e materie prime di ottima qualità preparate da uno Chef che conosce il proprio mestiere.
In sala personale estremamente gentile e disponibile. Ragazze preparate sotto ogni aspetto.
Un locale bellissimo nel centro storico di Genova.
