Le mie aspettative erano molto alte. Con piacere siamo andati oltre... molto oltre. Massimo dei Voti & Lode per l'intera Brigata & la gestione della Sala. Mi sono portato a casa, oltre ad un pranzo magnifico, il piacere della territorialità... La nostra Liguria... che condisce e trasuda da ogni piatto! Con grande orgoglio, affetto & stima. BRAVI... BRAVI... BRAVI...

Abbiamo festeggiato il mio compleanno in coppia, è sta un'esperienza FANTASTICA in tutti i sensi. La spiegazione dei piatti che ci hanno esposto i camerieri l'abbiamo ritrovata nei piatti, unici e raffinati, ogni boccone un esplosione di gusto.
Noi abbiamo assaporato il menù Classico ma abbiamo intenzione di provare anche l'altro. Benedetta ci ha accompagnato nel percorso ed è stata molto professionale e accogliente. Abbiamo voluto anche complimentarci con lo Ched e il sous chef che ci hanno trasmesso attraverso i loro piatti l'amore per la cucina e per i prodotti della nostra terra Ligure.

Mangiata la pizza e per completare un dolce.
Buona la pizza, considerando che non ci troviamo a Napoli. Ottima la qualità degli ingredienti. Dolce squisito.
